At the time, I was just a kid trying to figure out who he was. But somewhere under a barbell, I learned something most people never do — strength isn’t just built in the gym.

1. SELECT YOUR CUTS
Choose your portion and
check out securely. You’ll
receive instant confirmation and access to your order updates.
2. WAITING PERIOD
Each animal is processed once all portions of a full steer are reserved. This allows us to butcher fresh and avoid holding inventory. We’ll keep you updated on your order status as it fills.
3. STEER GOES TO BUTCHER
Once full, the steer is properly aged, cut, and vacuum-sealed for peak tenderness and flavor. This process takes about two weeks.
4. DELIVERY
Your order ships frozen
and insulated. You’ll
receive delivery updates right to your inbox.
