PRICES & PROCEEDS
Our prices include the butcher fee, shipping and product cost to keep things simple. A portion of the proceeds of each purchase goes directly to the local business.
HOW IT WORKS
1. SELECT YOUR CUTS
Choose your desired portion of the animal. Prepay at checkout and recieve a confirmation email for your order.
2. WAITING PERIOD
Steers are sent to the butcher once all cuts making up a full steer are sold. We do not carry inventory. All product is butchered to order.
3. STEER GOES TO BUTCHER
Proper aging, processing and packaging of a steer takes two weeks.
4. DELIVERY
You will receive emailing updates to notify you when your order will arrive at your door.
